• Shipping costs in other countries:
  EU/Swiss: 7.50 €
  Other countrys: 10.00€

• Shipping with DHL or Deutsche Post

Delivery time

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless stated otherwise, it will take 1 - 2 days for deliveries within Germany to arrive and 3 - 7 days for international shipments after the contract closing. Your order will be posted as one shipment when all respective articles are available. Therefore, the duration is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

With which shipping company do we send the ordered goods?

We ship with either DHL or Deutsche Post.

 

 

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail that includes a Tracking-ID, which allows you to keep track of your delivery's whereabouts as well as inform you about the estimated delivery date.

 

 

Delivery to a DHL Packstation

It is possible to deliver your order to a DHL Packstation. When choosing this option, please note that your order's measurements must not exceed 60 x 35 x 35 cm. Bigger packages will be redirected to a nearby DHL store instead. After receiving a notification from DHL via SMS or e-mail, your order will be stored in the selected packstation for 9 days.

Delivery to a DHL branch
If requested, we also ship your order to a DHL store or parcel shop. Once arrived, your package will be stored and ready for collection for 7 days. 

 

 

Shipping within Germany:
The shipping is usually done with DHL or Deutsche Post
